The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide a circular dated June 24,2020 has decided to further extended the time of submission of financial results for the quarter/half year/financial year ending 31st March 2020 specified under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’) for listed entities due to the continuing impact of the CoVID-19 pandemic.
