The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide a circular dated 29th July,2020 has extended the time of submission of financial results for the quarter/half year/financial year ended 30th June,2020 specified under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’) for listed entities.
As per Regulation 33 of LODR, a listed entity is required to submit its quarterly/ half-yearly/ annual financial results within 45 or 60 days, as applicable from the end of each quarter/ half-year/ financial year. Accordingly, listed entities are required to submit the financial results for quarter/ half-year ended 30th June,2020, on or before 14th August,2020.
However, on receiving various representations for extension of time for submission of financial results, SEBI has extended the above due date as follows:
