As per the notification no.65/2020-Central tax dated 01.09.2020, CBIC extended the time limit up to 30.11.2020 for completion or compliance of any action by Anti-profiteering authority which falls during the period started from the 20th day of March, 2020 to the 29th day of November, 2020, and where completion or compliance of such action has not been made within such time. For all other cases, the time period was extended only till 31.08.2020 and there has been no extension yet.
